I’m a mortgage financing specialist serving clients across the GTA and surrounding Durham Region. I have been a mortgage agent for fourteen years now and absolutely enjoy what I do for a living.
Every day, I work tirelessly for my clients and look at every possibility that is available to them. I love building relationships with my clients as it allows me to understand their lives and offer them appropriate solutions. After my clients’ mortgage deal is complete, I continue to stay in touch to ensure they have someone to talk to about their future financial goals.
I am available to my clients throughout the year, but the spring and summer months are usually peak periods for buying houses and, therefore, a busy time for me. After the Christmas season, I also see a peak in business as the need for refinancing usually increases at this time.

As a mortgage agent, my main focus is on providing mortgages all day, every day. As a result of this, I have in-depth experience and knowledge of the trade. I am proud of the work that I do and extremely content with the relationships I have made with my clients. At the same time, I am happy to be in an industry that allows me to help people make their dream come true.
My clients equally appreciate the fact that I get to know them on a personal level and understand what they want to achieve. They especially love that I identify with them and am tenacious and committed to ensuring they get the best product for their needs. In my opinion, every customer is unique and has their own story. To serve them well, I need to get to know them.
I can empathize so well because I invest myself in their cause completely. By that, I mean, I share in their joys and am 100% authentic in my relationship with them. Many of my clients end up becoming my friends over time and I love when that happens.
Besides this, the most rewarding part of my job is knowing that I am a part of helping someone buy their first home or pay off a lot of debt resulting in substantial monthly savings. Knowing I am part of their peace of mind, and that I change lives every day is a monumental achievement in my books. It encourages me to come to work every day and face the challenges of every case head-on.
In the future, I plan to build an even bigger base of raving fans! I want to create a foundation of past present and future clients who know they made the right choice when they choose me. That way, they have more confidence in achieving their other dreams as well.
Currently, most of my business comes from referrals. To maintain a steady flow of clients, I run a referral program. This program is especially for my clients. When they send a referral to me, and if that deal closes, I offer the referrer $100 finder fee! Thus the program does not only help me but everyone involved.
Apart from assisting my clients, I also engage in helping out my community. To do this, I regularly donate a portion of each of my deals to Big Brothers and Sisters. At Thanksgiving, I offer free baked pies to all my clients. And, at Christmas, I organize a homeless drive along with my coworkers, and we collect a ton of products for homeless youth.
